When there was an issue with the placement of where I wanted the hole, they re-did all their measurements to make sure the hole is precisely placed. They used to shop back to minimize the amount of dust. They were very careful about not scratching the existing faucet while they worked. They entire job took 30 minutes and looked great. I Would hire them again."

"Bill did a pretty good job installing our tile backsplash, though he said that he doesn't do lots of tile installation. He was able to start work a couple of days after we first contacted him. The job took him several hours longer than he intially estimated, but he stuck to his initial quote, which I appreciate. There were some minor spacing issues between some of the installed tile (if you look closely you can see the seam of one of the tile sheets, but it's usually covered anyway so no big deal), and the electrical outlets are not entirely flush with their covers. All in all, though, we added the new backsplash & countertops to get us through a few years until we can gut our kitchen and completely renovate it. This job looks good and will definitely serve that purpose."
