"Pete and his team did a very nice job cleaning the tile floor and repairing grout in our kitchen and bathroom. They also cleaned up very thoroughly when they were done. Happy to recommend them."

"Mad City did a great job! We are very happy with our new kitchen countertop, bathtub and living room picture window."

"We had four windows replaced with lead mitigation procedures.  They did an excellent job and nearly got the job done in one day and only had to come back a second day to finish up a bit of caulking.

"We really appreciated working with Steele Home Remodeling. His bid was comprehensive and detailed. He provided unique design ideas for our space and helped us get the most out of our basement. Phill and his team provide quality work with an eye for small details that make the project and space come to life. I have already recommended him to family and friends looking for basement remodels."

"Great! We could not recommend Granzow Home Improvement enough. They are professional, timely, and provided expert craftsmanship."

"The final product is good and the price was good. The structure all seems to be high quality and with double pane windows it can hold the climate or out well as needed. With screens all around we can let the air move through when we want. The design process was a good experience, but we were not warned that our decisions in dimensions would result in difficulties with regulations and the electrical work. The lack of communication between sub-contractors during the process resulted in several delays. There were times when we were told there would be hand-off and it didn't happen until we prodded them. We kicked it off in the early spring and it didn't complete until August. Early on, the delays were unavoidable due to weather and ground conditions but after the foundation was in it took to long to complete the structure. The problem is not specifically the total time to complete but being left with very little time to replace the yard and driveway before winter."

"I can't really judge quality but the service was very prompt and very professional and courteous and I have had no problem after one day. I really appreciate having my heater picked up as I am handicapped. I would appreciate the warranty material for my records."

"Shire Group did an amazing job with the exterior and interior work done to an add-on room on my property. Ben and Isaac were great to work with on everything from communications, expectations and updates throughout the job. I'd highly recommend working with Shire Group!"
