"This was a second time I called for the same problem. The first time, the icemaker was replaced. This time the technician was intent on finding the reason for the continued problem. I'm impressed with his diligence in going over everything and actually finding and fixing the reason for the continued issue. For the first time since last October, my icemaker is working again without fail. I can now retire the countertop icemaker I've had to rely on. Thank you so much!!! BTW, I purchased this warranty after NINE visits from a local appliance repair vendor who had replaced other parts but never fixed the problem."

"They were fine. They were very quick to respond to my inquiries. They had some very good suggestions and they sent some pictures of various furniture and accessories. They were very helpful."
