"When we hired Bathworks to remove the existing shower and install a new shower that had a floor pan that was lower to the ground and a shower that was alot bigger, we knew that we were hiring the best professionals we could find. The new walls for the shower extend up over 6 feet. They also installed a safety handrail that is a holder for all types of containers for shampoos, conditioners and bath soaps. They were finished in seven hours. The glass doors are fabulous! The commercial shower faucets are very nice. They had even checked the length of time it took to fill a container from our old shower and compared with the new shower where we now have more water pressure. They installed two handrails in the shower, so we?ll never be worried about falling in the shower.? I want to thank Keegan and Caleb for a wonderful job. "Champion struggled to get our project finished, having to come back and finish the project weeks after the initial install. They quoted quickly, got me scheduled for initial install quickly, and even got the windows in within a day. But when the installer said they'll be back in a day or two to finish the cosmetic stuff... they did not. It was safe in the short term, no damage, no risks, but cosmetically awful. The company was quick to recognize the problem, extremely communicative, and didn't charge anything to make it right. They stood by their promise to make it good for us. They also fixed our torn screen for free; the wind blew a heavy patio umbrella and it slammed into the window, tearing the screen. Side note, not even a smudge on the glass. It is quite handy to have technicians locally that you can just drop in to drop off a broken piece. Overall quite happy but it took a bit to get there."
