"Nick provided a top-to-bottom, end-to-end renovation/upgrade to a two bedroom apartment for sale including the full bathroom from floors to walls to shower and sink faucets, vanities, mirror and medicine cabinet demo and installation, repaired/filled holes and painted - basically everything other than the tub replacement so that it was a brand new, spotless room. He continued this effort and workmanship in every room and demoed and installed all new pergo flooring for the open floor plan kitchen and living room and bedrooms, landings as well as new stairs replacing dated laminate and carpeting. The kitchen cabinets, countertops, faucet, etc. were completely updated and made the most of the space while being designed in way to fit an over the stove microwave in the future. Future designs were factored into the cabinet layout/installation. He repaired/filled large holes in walls, ceilings, doors left during a move-out and painted the entire apartment to make it fresh and updated where you couldn’t notice the holes anymore. Incorporated all the finishing touches that a realtor identified to complete the renovation. "Christian showed up on time and made a very thorough examination of what was needed to provide a good paint job on the exterior of the house.  He explained everything in detail and made suggestions.  A written estimate was mailed and also sent to me  on the computer along with other pertinent information such as dealing with old , lead paint properly.  After settling on a date, three men, Alonso, Jesus, and Victor came to do the work.  Everyone was very  courteous and arrived on time in the six days it took to do the job.  The house is a large home built in 1932.  The men worked diligently without complaint even after my constantly supervising them and asking questions. They gave the house three coats of paint being careful to the details of the house.  They covered bushes and parts of the roof with each section.  They even tried to preserve my flowers and plants that were along the side of the house. I believe this is a very trustworthy business that cares about customer satisfaction and doing the job correctly.

Mike cured water intrusion in breezeway ceiling & repaired rotted joists/beams & beadboard planking. Two of our interior stairwells needed banisters, which Mike had fabricated to match others in our 1932-built home. Finished items were outrageous.
