"Need to have front porch columns, overhang and decorative railing redone due to water and insect damage. First spoke with Aaron in autumn of 2013.  Said he was too busy and please call back in the spring. Spoke with Aaron a few times on the phone in late winter 2014, and traded a few emails. He was clear they were still very busy, and the work may not get done for a while. Discussed T&M contract and possible date, but never got to formal contract. Further delayed due to referral to a mason (reference provided at no charge) to get porch steps done first. Very professional and personable in conversations, but just too busy for me."

Choices in booklet are pretty basic, not a lot of options (for flooring types, door style, trim) This company is like the Anderson Windows of basements. (No doubt they spend a lot on advertising; There is a reason they are the top result when searching!) Expect to pay quite a bit more than you planned, but I knew if I chose them it would be done and warrantied for everything.
