"Owner Rich and his entire staff were most courteous and professional contractor Iâ ve ever hired. My project started with an insurance claim from a flooded basement and turned into a custom built bar, completely redone basement , and added I. New countertops and backsplash for the kitchen . From the start Rich helped us design and pick what we needed, he planned it out , and his team followed every detail of the plan flawlessly . His two contractors Justin and Kyle couldnâ t have been more professional . The six weeks at my house you could barely tell they were there , even bringing daily treats for our puppy . Trademark was referred by two local Friends that also were very satisfied with their work . I would highly recommend , and if I need more work in the future it would be a no brainer to use them again ."

"The last windstorm successfully removed one strip of my aging aluminum siding, right up at the roof line of the second story. I was too chicken to get up that high and attempt a fix, and was concerned about getting a pro to help with such a small job. I called Doug at Wolverine, and he was able to make some room in his schedule and get someone out the next morning to help me out. They were able to put the strip back where it belongs, and I can’t even tell that it came off. The added bonus was that the fix ran me a lot less than I anticipated. I’ll add Wolverine’s number to my go-to list."

"We are so happy that Funspace Direct/Temo Sun Rooms did the addition to our home. From the moment we placed our first inquiry call to this, the final inspection day, every interaction has met or exceeded our expectations. This is the third time we have added an extra room to our homes; the other two were done by other companies. Temo has far exceeded the competition in quality and professionalism. Our sales representative Ryan and designer Race took the time to explain the product and choices in careful detail, answering our questions and offering suggestions to assure we would have the room designed the way we wanted it. Our 12x22 room was erected from mid-December to early March, and we insisted that work only be done when the weather permitted. Our carpenters Bill, Tony and Brian built our room as if it were being built onto their own home. Every aspect of our room attests to their attention to detail. Any materials found to be less than perfect were replaced before being used on our room. When the wind blew open the access doors in the foundation, Tony responded the next day with a modification that works. The electricians Denny. Craig and Joe were prompt, efficient, and took extra steps to be sure previously existing and new service worked flawlessly and was what we wanted. When we realized traffic flow in the room would be a problem the way the exterior doors were designed to function, Jeff Anderman had the doors and electrical service changed over at no additional cost to be sure everything about our room was right.
