No dropcloths or protection used on quartz. Trades man who worked on kitchen was good, but they started him on another job before finishing mine and he rushed taking short cuts. Was told I'd get a credit for a difference in paint used-never happened. The credit amt is not a lot but it's the principal & was also in contract. Which happened once before when I used them for my bathroom reno last yr. Once is a mistake, twice is a pattern. Yet they are very quick at coming for a check before due date. Seems like they are less about customer service & satisfaction these days and more about the money."
