From the start Rich helped us design and pick what we needed, he planned it out , and his team followed every detail of the plan flawlessly . His two contractors Justin and Kyle couldnâ t have been more professional . The six weeks at my house you could barely tell they were there , even bringing daily treats for our puppy . When these unexpected things come up patients is and was needed. Finally, as things opened up the construction was in high gear again. More delays stalled things again, However everything is now completed, I am SO PLEASED! Jamie's finishers are top notch! The tilers were "masters of their craft" and the other finishers were precise as can be. The place looks beautiful!"
