We had no issue entrusting our home to them when we had to leave to carry out our everyday business affairs. They followed the design specs, as per our contract, and reached out with any inquiries or feedback they had throughout the process. They thoroughly cleaned up all debris upon completion of our bath remodel. In summary, Kimball and Riley were professional, friendly, quality-driven, respectful and trustworthy. "Steve performed this task exceptionally. He worked alone on a task that required two to three people. He assembled a very complex Murphy Bed. It looks beautiful! He also had to deal with some product non-comformities that he reworked and now they are not noticeable. I highly recommend Steve to perform outstandingly in any task asked of him."

"It went very well! I was pleased with his work. He went right to work and didn't waste any work. He did have one young assistant help him and they were very careful with their work. They put down a canvas in the entryway so they wouldn't track through the house and they swept up the area after they were finished. They were very thorough. They finished the job early in the afternoon on January 2nd and they had to install a new vanity. I was just checking with a flashlight to make sure there was not any leaking from the wash basin into the cabinet underneath and I did have a little puddle of water. I called him and he came out within that hour and he fixed the problem. I have been checking since and I have not had any problems. He was very efficient."

"I would not recommend this company. I hired them to install my granite countertops in my kitchen and to get done was a nightmare. No return calls have to write to the owner/president to get anyone to answer my calls. I should have just gone with someone else but had finally convinced my husband to get the countertops and did not want to stop, should have gone elsewhere. Now one slab has loss all shine in less than a year. Can not get anyone to return phone calls. BIG MISTAKE TO GO WITH THIS COMPANY! GO ELSEWHERE MANY OTHER COMPANIES THAT CARE! Teresa Garrison."

"This review will be part one of two. We met with several highly rated Angie's List contractors right after we settled on our home in Bountiful regarding a much larger scale job. Bill blew us away with how thorough and attentive to detail he was. We did not end up deciding to do the large scale job, but instead went with the window and breezeway job. We are across the country, but Bill has kept us up to date and in the loop on every part of the process thus far. He is also extremely responsive when we have questions. Furthermore, when we decided to add the deck into the scope of the project, we did not get the usual huffing and puffing that contractor's tend to do when the homeowner changes the scope of the job after things have begun working their way through the process. Finally, for this review, in helping us to determine whether we want to go ahead with the deck, he offered to take his tall ladder out to our house and take pictures of what our view would be. We felt that that would have been truly going above and beyond. We truly look forward to seeing the final products given the experience we have had thus far.
