"Remodeled an all tile bathroom from the 1960â s. Stripped back to studs. Installed tub/shower surround, new plumbing and glass sliding doors. Also all new LVT flooring, new toilet, new vanity and added a contractor built towel tower, replaced all electrical lights, and added adjustable shelving to bathroom closet. All walls were painted, trim painted and ceiling painted. During the process clear and courteous communications between contractor and home owner. At completion of project the bathroom was exactly as the home owner had envisioned. The contractor kept the work area clean and neat, answered pertinent questions immediately and met all expected issues quickly and professionally. "For our home addition/renovation we are very grateful to have found Richard Connolly and his site iCornerstone. Our vision was a Two-story + basement + livable attic space home addition which would provide significant practical square footage to our existing house and integrate seamlessly with it. "I hired Bob to install a new induction range, replacing a cooktop and cutting some of the stone countertop. He also replaced the existing hood vent with an over-the-range microwave. He was very knowledgeable and was able to do all of the work involved by himself. (Two other people that I spoke with could only do one part of the work and had no idea who could help me with the other parts.) Bob knew exactly what needed to be done and gave me a quote that was very reasonable. He worked with us to figure out how to make it look like everything had originally been installed that way. He showed up on the days he promised and let us know when he was running late (he was only 15 minutes late).
