"Everyone was great to deal with and we got a reasonable price on a granite kit. countertop and a limestone master bath countertop. The help selecting stone was fantastic, the measurements were very hi-tech and the end result is beautiful. They only phase of the project that had a glitch was installation. The kit. had a bar with an 11" overhang. I was told it would be a good idea to get three support brackets that would be installed sunk into the plywood and under the granite so they would not show at all. The installer didn't seem to know about this and when I l asked about it it was too late. The installer told me there was nothing about it in the paperwork and I didn't need it anyway. It was in the contract and the head of sales told me the brackets were on the truck. Resolution is good. They took off the $300 I paid for the supports and are sending someone out tomorrow to install brackets I bought on Amazon. Separately - in the master bath, the installer did not drill the three holes for one of the faucets in a straight line. When I noticed it, he said they had used a ruler and it was straight, I must have been at an odd angle. The next day I looked at it with a steel rule in my hand. It was off and the factory agreed that my pic. showed that it was off. Good resolution - they sent someone out to slightly enlarge one side of one of the holes. This allowed the plumbing installers to locate the hardware exactly where it all needed to be all look great. It is a shame that such helpful and precision work through the whole process was almost ruined by a sloppy installation process."

"UPDATE: 6/26/20 Jerry paid for half of the price of the range hood and so now we can find someone to repair the damage. Stone Expo cutting and installation of our countertop was the worst we have ever had (we have remodeled 7 kitchens with solid surface countertops in each). Jerry excuse for the fit was the walls not being square, but that is the same for every kitchen we have had. Jerry did not use a template and only took measurements. The overhang of the countertop ranges from 1-4throughout the kitchen. Also, the installers dented our range hood (I actually took photos of the kitchen moments prior to the install). I contacted Jerry immediately, sent photos, size, and manufacturers names to either repair or replace the range hood. He said he needed to contact someone and never heard back. I have texted him 13 times and he just keeps blowing me off. I read multiple bad reviews before hiring him, but my husband could not believe someone so nice would not have good customer service. After over 2 months later nothing has been done to repair the range hood. We even offered he just pay for half of the value of the hood and we would handle the rest. NO RESPONSE! BEWARE, just like past reviews, he will not follow through to take care of his responsibility. Some might argue it was during the COVID **quarantine**, but he installed and took our money during the same period, so that is not an excuse. Since posting this review he now says he will pay half of the price of the hood...we will see if we see a check."

"We chose pre-fabricated granite slabs with standard bull-nose edge; therefore the good cost. The extra seams required by pre-fab are tricky and require superb craftsmanship.
