"I chose dRemodeling to redo my kitchen because I wanted a turnkey operation, with one company responsible for the design, materials, work, and subcontractors. This worked out very well, with the project manager (Mike) and designer (Julia) involved with making sure the end results were as specified. I was impressed by the online questionnaire about my needs and preferences at the start of the project, as well as the periodic budget updates. The overall process was a bit lengthy because of COVID issues, but once the work started, it moved very quickly and came together seamlessly. And the kitchen looks beautiful!"

"I highly recommend Fabiano's Construction. Our experience with him was fantastic from beginning to end. The project was to restore and replace the exterior window frames of our 1830 Trinity. The previous owners had installed new windows on the inside but left the old ones outside for beauty. Many of these old windows were completely rotten at the bottom, barely holding the small panes of glass together. We got three estimates. One builder wanted to replace the old windows with a second set of new ones. Another was going to patch them up with wood filler. Fabiano was the only one who was willing to actually restore them, using green wood for the parts that were beyond salvaging. It was precision carpentry work requiring problem-solving ingenuity. The new frames and sills are green wood plus Azek (PVC), so they should last forever. Although more major restoration was necessary than foreseen, Fabiano and his crew—his son Will and assistant Simon—still finished the job in the predicted time. They were careful, focused, hard-working, and also really nice, honest people. It was a pleasure to meet them, and the result is a stunning improvement to our house both inside and out. Fabiano is responsive and friendly, an expert who takes pride in his work. Incredibly, his price was the lowest the three. We plan to hire him for another project."

"Kevin,owner, extremely pleasant to work with. He came for initial consult, explained each portion of the proposal and left me the estimate and brochures for my consideration. There was NO hard sale tactics as used with another companies, and I really appreciate that! He was able to schedule the project within a week of signing. Seven roof installers arrived at a 7am and the roof was completed the same day. Price was competitive and reasonable."

"The experience was a nightmare from start to finish. He sold us on an experienced crew and then hired a sub contractor that he had no prior experience working with. For four weeks he sent one guy with no help and no oversight. Along the way there were a few large mistakes and numerous small mistakes. We spent thousands on cabinets, appliances and other materials that ended up dented and scratched. He left trash and scrap outside, broken glass in the yard, and trashed our deck. There was no electrical rough in inspection and the plumbing failed the first inspection. Overall Total Home Solution did the bare minimum and it shows in the finished product."

However, their service was fantastic and they are well deserving of a review. Calco completed our kitchen renovation which included new cabinets, countertops, backsplash, and the installation of new appliances. Our overall experience was very positive. The quality of work and attention to detail that Jerod and Mike provided while on site was superior. They were incredibly friendly and respectful of our home. It truly was a pleasure having them around during our four week project. Jerod did a fantastic job communicating with us throughout the duration of the project to ensure we were on the same page and our expectations were being met.
