"I hired Dorson Jackson of Jackson Construction as my general contractor to perform a kitchen addition and remodel in September 2022. He completely gutted my kitchen, moved a wall to expand the space, and installed new everything (custom cabinets, countertop, tile backsplash, LVP flooring, lighting, plumbing, and appliances). It was a big project so inevitably had a few (pretty minor) hiccups along the way, but he was always quick to respond to and resolve my concerns. I am so pleased with the end result! I recently required a warranty repair due to an issue with my dryer vent (which was moved during the remodel). He had someone at my house the next day to resolve my issue. Dorson is a man of his word and does excellent work. I would not hesitate to hire him again."

On any given day, Paul could be seen on a ladder or the scaffolding, and even with a paint brush in hand. "Charles and his son Scott did an excellent job of replacing our old rickety porch with one that is much, much more solid. The challenges they faced included mucky soil due to a recently removed stump and an uneven concrete pad. Almost the whole project was done in the rain. They leveled the pad and built a great system of supports that widened our porch as requested and improved its appearance and safety enormously. All done on time and in budget. I highly recommend their services."
