"We hired Allphase Construction and Custom Kitchen and Design to complete a first-floor remodel that included our enclosed breezeway, dining room, kitchen, living room, and stairway. Our home was built in 1950 and was very outdated, in disrepair, and had small boxy rooms that made gathering difficult. Joe was helpful in working out the overall design and both he and Custom Kitchens were patient as we revised the design several times. We gutted the kitchen, took down two walls, replaced all flooring, interior doors, renovated the stair treads and handrail, installed a new front door, and put in all new casing and lighting. That much work creates a lot of mess and dust and I appreciated the care all workers took with keeping our house as clean as possible through the process. Our project manager was incredibly conscientious and patient with all of the decisions that went into this huge remodel. We did run into some quality issues with a subcontractor which was stressful. However, Joe was more than committed to making sure the end product of the job was done well. He brought in new people and went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied with the result. His reputation is important to him, and his desire to make the customer happy is notable and was very reassuring when taking on a project of this size and cost. I felt like I could share my concerns with Joe and felt not only heard but respected. He is committed to quality even if the unexpected happens. I would certainly work with Joe in the future."

"If you're looking for the cheapest option, Lux isn't for you. You're paying for quality, workmanship, speed, and professionalism. I hired Lux to renovate an unfinished basement space (one main room, one large storage / utilities area, and a laundry space. They gave me a time estimate to start, and actually were able to come in early. The folks who did the job were polite, amazing at their work, and I think my dogs fell in love with them. They were finished MUCH faster than I expected. They handled all the inspections, electrical, carpeting...it was so easy for me. I can't recommend Lux (and Tim!) enough."

"Dave completed a full master bath remodel for me that is absolutely gorgeous, along with kitchen tiling work, paining and lighting jobs. I could not be happier with his work! "Conner’s Landscapes were fantastic. This was a complete front landscaping “makeover”. Everything was overgrown and unmanageable. Conner’s removed all of the old landscaping, cleaned up the beds, installed all new shrubs, perennials and mulch. A few salvaged shrubs were transplanted to more suitable locations as well. This project included grinding out old large stumps and trimming up trees, creating beds around a large magnolia and a dogwood tree. The work was completed efficiently and the results have undoubtedly added value to the property. I highly recommend Conner’s landscaping!"
