They were top rated with 0 complaints. We were even able to initiate contact for a quote through the BBB. Michael was our salesperson and he was upfront and honest in capabilities and pricing. The pricing was so great we even upgraded to an insulated vinyl siding and we were still under what others quoted. We then met with Ross the production manager who went over every aspect of the job with us. This was great because we worked out any issues ahead of time. There were no surprises and we were all on the same page. The 2 gentlemen who came to do the work were great also. They showed up on time and worked hard everyday. "Their quote was 10%+ higher than anyone else we spoke to and it didn't even include the materials other than countertops. Add in flooring and backsplash tile and they would probably be 15-20% higher than anyone else. But you get what you pay for, I probably should have gone with this company."

"There was one problem, a window that didn't come in through the fault of the manufacturer. They followed up on it nicely even though it took a little longer than expected. Their service is very good. The only complaint I have is that they didn't tell me the shutters wouldn't cover like the old ones. Overall, it was a very good experience, however."

"At first the cabinets looked fine, but a few weeks later there are notable flaws. The base areas that were not sprayed and instead rolled or brushed applied don't look uniform and the integrity is not good. I am constantly having to touch up small chips and am afraid the prep work was not up to standard. The cabinet doors and drawers that were removed and sprayed are faring better than the base areas, although I see bleed-through from the previous color. Overall, the integrity of the application is not solid and everything could have benefited from another coat of paint. The painters work quietly and methodically, but the overall finish is just not pristine. Good price and it's still a nice facelift from where the cabinets started."

They did beautiful custom work, including an in wall fish tank, decorative columns, granite countertops, and a glass tile backsplash. Everything is top notch, and every worker brought in was professional, friendly, and highly skilled. The building inspector signed off the work with no comments. Every time I wanted a design change, Jerry incorporated it right into the plan. You will not find a better value! I looked around and Jerry's prices are much better than other companies, and the work is unbeatable. I just wish I had another basement to finish!"
