He was clear they were still very busy, and the work may not get done for a while. Discussed T&M contract and possible date, but never got to formal contract. Further delayed due to referral to a mason (reference provided at no charge) to get porch steps done first. Very professional and personable in conversations, but just too busy for me."

The tilers were "masters of their craft" and the other finishers were precise as can be. The place looks beautiful!"
