"We have had LandCore do a couple jobs for us. The first was a tear down of an old house on our property. From start to finish they were very professional and timely. "I was preparing my house which is large over 3000 sq ft to list for sale. I needed a lot of work done in a short amount of time. My screen porch was falling apart, there were rotting boards along the front of my house that needed replaced, the entire interior of house needed repainted, front of house needed repainted, carpets needed cleaning etc. I found Daniel on Angie's List and he was able to come out and give me an estimate right away. He and his crew despite having a busy schedule, completed all work in less than 2 weeks, sometimes showing up early and staying late. Also, he saved me from having to pay a plumber to replace a cracked/broken sink pop up drain that I had forgotten about which he fixed for free along with touching up marks on the ceiling in one of my bedrooms which he also did free of charge. Throughout the process he never asked me to pay him for any work he had not already completed, only for materials. His pricing was very reasonable."
