"Richard was very customer focused. Very efficient, very accommodating and most important VERY Patent to my needs/Changes to drawings. Very quick turnaround on my particular project. His 3D Drawings helped to show what the interiors would look like as well as exteriors. Very helpful for customers that need a Real Time Visual other than your basic Blueprint drawings that are also included. He responds back to you quickly and updates you with drawings as you move through your project. Very helpful and thinks outside of the box. I would recommend his services if your looking for a more personalized Architect. Cost will vary on size and type of Project. My cost for what I needed is listed in this review."

"We used Lux to install an Owens-Corning system in an unfinished basement. The project turned out beautifully and is very custom to our space- half carpeted, half flooring. Dan was very communicative and quickly took care of some finishing details that are the icing on the cake. It's amazing to be able to reclaim previously unused space and turn it into a heated, well-used room! While we aren't fans of Owens-Corning sales tactics, we went into it knowing what to expect and were able to get the price down to the ballpark that we were expecting, with a return on investment that is 100% worth it."

"Showed up on time for the $99 roof inspection. The price included re-nailing a limited number of shingles and a general roof inspection. Showed them the area where I had a concern, they re-nailed and sealed a small hole at the intersection of the roof and dormer. The roofer that did the repair captured the spot on his tablet camera for me and showed me exactly what was done.
As per the special, they also inspected the rest of the roof including the flashing around the chimney.
No attempt to up-sell, answered my questions thoroughly, very professional, and very courteous. I would be happy to use them again. "

"Rob was most helpful. He evaluated the monies my insurance company was willing to spend for ice dam repair, his concerns with plastering,and need for new skylights. When he learned I already located subcontractors, he felt I could manage the job on my own, but his advice was nonetheless valuable; he recommended a painter for me as well,and followed up when I lost the painter's phone number.
