"I bought a special coupon through Angieslist for some window frame repair and contacted the seller. No respond for couple of weeks so I cancelled the coupon then he contacted me via my email. I understand the seller must be busy but a minute courtesy call can resolve this issue easily. He may be good at what he does but I am a good customer too."

"I have cabinet space under my kitchen sink that holds my trash and recycling containers, along with some cleaning products. The bottom of the pullout cabinet broke, so I hired Matthew Rose Carpentry to rebuild the cabinet portion. He not only rebuilt it, he added two wooden partitions in back of my trash and recycling containers to better hold up my cleaning products, which used to tip over at times when I opened the cabinet. The cabinet now does a 'soft close,' which I never had before. Great job! He also replaced the door threshold to the main entrance of my home. Very nice work. And he's very pleasant and easy to work with. You'll be pleased, both by his demeanor and the quality of his work."

Complete end to end service; including movement of existing furniture and appliances; removal of existing floor materials; application of cement board; tiling; finish molding; transition pieces and various repairs and leveling services to an older dwelling. "We used Lux to install an Owens-Corning system in an unfinished basement. The project turned out beautifully and is very custom to our space- half carpeted, half flooring. Dan was very communicative and quickly took care of some finishing details that are the icing on the cake. It's amazing to be able to reclaim previously unused space and turn it into a heated, well-used room!
