These small areas certainly contributed to the big picture. Saved me a lot of money, by getting overlooked problem areas all at once rather than one-at-a-time. It would have been very expensive having someone else come back several times . Kudos to inspector on this one. Work is not to begin until April 1st, so I will update once it is all done. The Home Advisor questionnaire will not permit user to leave any star ratings blank, so I gave 5-stars just to clear the thing.... I'd recommend Home Advisor re-vamp their questionnaire so some areas could be left blank until work is actually performed. : )"
