The build site was a challenging sloped lot and Joe provided photos and customer contacts of similar jobs he had done, demonstrating his skill and competence which gave us confidence. Joe presented a contract that was clear and professional listing materials and methods of construction with a payment timeline related to the completion of various stages of the build. He handled all of the permit inspections and kept the project on track. "Sham redid the kitchen but also sheetrock, flooring, and trim in upstairs sleeping loft, plus removing old linoleum and refinishing original wood floors in living room downstairs, redoing stairway and handrail. He transformed our small knotty pine cabin. Was really sensitive about the look and quality of materials, gave us great advice, was a perfectionist on the kitchen tile and trim. Well informed, on budget/on time, brought in other experts to do little details. We couldn't be happier."

We were referred to Back to Perfection and treated to a professional experience process that was well done from start to finish. Our countered has Corian sinks as part of the countertop and they were pitted and wanted them repaired as well as refinishing the entire countertop. We were delighted with the result.
