Humberto, his son, and their team replaced drywall, baseboards, primed and painted both rooms. They redid the laundry room floors, and the vanity in the bathroom. Everything looks amazing, and we have already discussed with them if they can redo the rest of downstairs, paint upstairs and my kitchen cabinets. "After having a major renovation of my master suite by Bud, we decided to have his crew install hardwood floors in 3 remaining bedrooms.  His crew did such an excellent job on the master hardwood floors and trim that we decided to go with them again.















Bud's estimate was the same, if not a little lower than your big-box store's quote for install.















His scheduling was flexible.  His crew showed up on day 1 and removed all the carpet and molding within about an hour.  Day 2, the flooring guys installed all of the hardwood in under 1 day for all 3 rooms.  Day 3 he and his crew installed floor molding over a few hours, and Day 4 his painter came by to finish up the job.















The floors came out amazing, along with the molding and finishing touches.  Again, the area was left clean, tidy, and spotless.















Much like our other renovation, our only regret was that we waited so long to do the project.
