"We originally hired Vinyl Sash to replace three windows and they went above and beyond including fixing work completed by another local company that was unsatisfactory. We were so impressed by their attention to detail and customer service that we had them install another custom window on the front of our home and complete a tub to shower conversion in our one bath home. The installer for the shower arrived promptly, was pleasant and courteous and cleaned up any mess he might have made during the install. Since we only have one bathroom, it was very important that the work be completed as quickly as possible, which it was. If you are hesitating on replacing your outdated shower (like we were) because of the cost or inconvenience, I strongly recommend you give Vinyl Sash your business. "We had been seeing Renaissance Restoration ads in the Grosse Pointe News for a while, so when it was time for renovations we decided to give them a call for a quote on our work. Mr. Craig, the owner came out and talked to us about our kitchen project as well as flooring. The amount of time they spent blew away the competition. They were genuinely interested in the details and the project. During the entire time of the project we were made to feel that our investment in the project was secondary to the detail and perfection of the whole scope. I wish more companies had an old fashioned attitude like Renaissance, where the craft is still the most important part."

"Tom has been very professional, and attentive with returning calls and keeping me in the loop as to the status and progress of the project. The siding and gutter crews were experienced and knowledgable. My only "issue" is that many nails were left on the site after the crews had gone. I discussed this with Tom, and he told me he would address it with his crews. All in all, I would recommend D&W for siding projects."
