"We decided to have our master bathroom remodeled to make it safer after a slip and fall injury occurred while stepping out of our large tub/shower combo. We interviewed several companies and chose America’s Dream Homeworks because we were impressed with what our salesman, Neil, had to offer and the recommendations he made. We enjoyed our visit to the show room, and we were also very pleased with the quality of the products they use. The company was flexible in rescheduling our start date to accommodate my trip to Canada. We have nothing but the highest praise for Viktor Tyukayev who did most of the work himself: demolition down to the subfloor and studs, dry rot repair, installation of sheet rock, tape, texture and paint. He removed our outdated fluorescent ceiling light box and soffit and replaced them with LED recessed can lights. Viktor oversaw and coordinated the work of the countertop, shower surround, and glass door installation teams. He is tireless, meticulous, very hardworking, and detail oriented. Viktor kept the worksite very clean and he communicated very well with the city inspector. We also had very positive interactions with Julie Tumanova. She helped us with our products and she was always so responsive and gracious. She is very much suited to her position. Our master bathroom is absolutely beautiful and safe. America’s Dream Homeworks very much exceeded our expectations in every way!"

"My kitchen has been utterly transformed, in the most wonderful way by the great staff and crew at Clever Design and Remodeling. Roy came to my home to give me an estimate, describe the whole process, and was very clear and concise in his explanations. He answered all my questions with great patience and was available throughout the installation process by phone or email in case I needed additional info. We also needed a double vanity in our bathroom which he custom built for us. When they were done with the vanity, painting, and the cabinets, we decided to get the same countertops that they guys used in the bathroom for our kitchen and redo the backsplash as well. They were all super easy to communicate with. All the guys that we worked with were very professional, and they cleaned up, so we could use the kitchen even with it torn apart. Overall, the final result is everything turned out gorgeous."

"Natural Vibrations Inc. just completed our second project with them, conversion of a 1960s rumpus room into a junior ADU, including bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and dining space. It required thoughtful design, placement of lengthy sewer and water lines, extensive new electrical work, addition of a window, HVAC heat pump system, removal and replacement of new sheetrock, insulation, porcelain flooring, quartz countertops, appliances, fine carpentry including custom shelving, restoration of antique stained glass windows, tiling, and a versatile lighting system with spectrum-adjustable LED illumination. This was accomplished with minimal disruption and maximum attention to our input at every stage. We enjoyed their cheerful company and parted, once again, on the best of terms."

The work included replacing cabinets, new countertops, tile flooring, backsplash, a peninsula sitting bar and a few new appliances. After getting quotes from 4 vendors, I chose Jonathan for many good reasons. The most important of them was the flexibility to accommodate my custom requirements, as I wanted it. Since I was working from home, I reviewed each and every step of the work (which BTW may not be necessary). Jonathan was extremely professional and courteous. "Number one in communications and top attention in details. We worked with Geico Builders to build our addition, ADU and install pavers on the front of the house. Overall the process took us almost one year they were delays from the city of Oakland on approval plans despite that Victor went above and beyond and smooth all process once they got to actual building. He work hard to make progress easy on our addition especially with tough Inspectors. The quality of our new ADU well-built, and the bathroom has a great tile work with precise attention to details. Their price was not the cheapest one but for the amount of time and quality of work it’s very well deserved, we feel like we got good value for the money we paid. We do recommend Geico Builders and especially Victor to all who is looking for quality work."
