"We have a house on the hillside in Sherman Oaks and wanted to fully redesign and modernize our kitchen and do it so it would take advantage of our great valley views. The job has just been finished. Our new kitchen is everything we hoped it would be and more. We hired IND Construction. The quality of their work was first rate. The workers were invariably highly skilled, friendly and considerate. The job was completed on budget with no surprises for extras. Erez Shifferman, IND’s Senior Project Manager, and Allan Pineda, IND’s foreman for the job, guided us through all aspects of the renovation with skill and kindness. Whenever we had to choose designs, Erez and his team advised us well, demonstrating their extensive knowledge of this business. Whatever we asked to have done was done just as we requested. Whenever issues arose, Erez and Allan resolved them patiently and effectively. When a major kitchen renovation is in progress, there is a risk living in the house will become intolerable. Everything Erez, Allan and IND could do to minimize inconvenience for us was done effectively. The workers cleaned up carefully after each work day. We were surprised our lives could continue with a minimum of upheaval. We could not be happier or more grateful. Our high expectations for what our kitchen would become have been exceeded. We love how it looks, how it functions and how spectacular the views from it have become. It has been a great pleasure to have IND build it for us."

"Well, I am one of the "lucky" few that began a major kitchen remodel right before the Covid-19 pandemic, mid Feb 2020! After meeting with Golan and Aaron a couple of times at the end of 2019, I decided that H&A was the company to go with. They were forthcoming, passionate, energetic, fair priced, and full of ideas in term of my kitchen remodel. I had previously gotten a bid from an individual contractor which was lower than H&A, but what appealed to me about H&A over the individual contractor was that H&A is a "one stop shop", providing design (including 2-D and 3-D plans), permitting, planning, construction, inspections, etc. I was very nervous to begin the demolition, but, Golan & Aaron made me feel comfortable with the process. I was not only replacing floor, countertop, and appliances, but majorly reconfiguring the kitchen footprint, including losing a wall between the kitchen and the third bedroom. Golan was ON IT! His subcontractors were prompt, reliable, professional, and detail oriented, and they showed up at 8AM sharp EVERY SINGLE DAY. I was extremely impressed with the quality of workmanship! The counters! WOW! The backsplash, WOW! They matched into my 72 year old original thin plank red oak hardwood floors to integrate the kitchen remodel and it is SEAMLESS. One other feature I really liked with their bid was that, although they included the cabinets in their bid, all other finishes were up to me. So I could buy the backsplash/counter/appliances/flooring anywhere I wanted with no markup from H&A. The cabinet designer, Avi, that I met with was super flexible and had great ideas on how to maximize efficiency in my kitchen. He suggested features that I am SO happy with every day! All in all, the whole process was seamless and amazing, and ON TIME and ON BUDGET! During a PANDEMIC!!! What??!! I could not be more thrilled with my kitchen. I would absolutely recommend these guys to anyone looking for a one-stop-shop for remodel or home additions. YAY H&A!"

"Kn remodeling did my wood floor in the house. A few months later there was a plumbing issue at the house, I called Nathan the owner. He came, evaluated the problem. In matter of few days plumbing issue was resolved, new wood flooring installed, cabinet in the Bar area returned and new granite counter top installed. Wow. What a sight. Interviewed several companies but decided on Creative Home Remodeling Group after talking to Max, who was very personable and thorough when explaining our estimate and plans. Overall, they were very accommodating to changes that I wanted to have done to the original plan. Salvador was the main person who was putting our kitchen together and was a delight to work with. He was very patient and detail-oriented, especially when we wanted a herringbone pattern backsplash. Countertop was fabricated beautifully, and our custom cabinets turned out solid and beautiful as well.
