This can be done without a trip to the house and expedites the repair and time and simplifies my life. I am amazed at how well the company has marketed this product, trained their personnel and how efficient and pleasant they are to work with. I love my windows! This was all performed with facemasks during the Covid-19 pandemic. Safety precautions were utilized in my home and greatly appreciated."
