I called and left a message and received a call back with 15 minutes. We were worried that our 50 sq foot basement bar project was too small but he came out the next day and talked to us about options and pricing (which is significantly lower than the big national stores and many of the other specialty stores). We were able to go to their warehouse to look at different options and impressed with the wide variety of options available - he was very conscious of our budget and didn t try to push us into options out of our price range. Install was less than a week later. They came back out and measured again. At install, there was a small backsplash piece that was a little too big, so they came back the next day to finish the job. They were very courteous of our home and did an excellent job from beginning to end. Would definitely hire for future projects. "
