"Everything went well initially. Countertop looked great. However, when I told the man in charge to remove the remainder off of my deck, he was obviously annoyed. I had told when he was taking it out that I only wanted ONE piece of the countertop left with me and showed him the piece I wanted. He had an obvious attitude and then went out to his truck and made me wait another 30 minutes to return to take it. They left a mess under the countertops (crumbled countertop, etc.) although they did sweep my floor. When I really looked at it afterwards, I notice that they cracked my backsplash and didn't tell me. Also, the plumber was great who came a couple of hours late, however, he told me the countertop crew had thrown away a part I needed to hook my garbage disposal back up so I had to give him $30 to replace it. Atila, the salesman/owner was wonderful during the sale process and very responsive. However, I was expecting a follow up call which didn't happen. The price was good for the work that was done."

"Even though we had some unavoidable funky scheduling challenges because of our current COVID-19 situation, which resulted in the project taking longer than expected, we are very happy with the process, the cost and the end result. We had Resurrection Builders fully renovate our bathroom, including change vanity to pedestal and move the plumbing; move electrical outlet and replace exhaust fan; replace the tub and change the full wall to a knee wall; install wall and floor tiles; repaint; and swap out all of the accessories (faucet, towel racks, etc.). They also fixed a long standing problem I had on my carport and front porch by adding a safety rail and replacing old trellises with new supports. Both look absolutely fabulous! Nelson did an awesome job every step of the way. Both Ryan and Nelson were great about communicating with us and each other. When we are ready to do our second bathroom, I definitely plan to reach out to Resurrection Builders."

"We are extremely happy with our finished basement, and we highly recommend Dee Bee to anyone looking for a contractor who specializes in basement refinishing. After deciding that we wanted to finish our basement, we contacted three different companies to receive bids. Dan spent over two hours at our house for the initial meeting, and we discussed many different options for design layouts depending on how we were going to use the space. The quote we received from Dee Bee was one of the lowest, and it was an easy decision for us to choose them as our contractor. Dee Bee is a large company, but they still manage to provide superior individualized service. Sometimes with a small company, you find the same person will do your plumbing, electric and drywall, or they may subcontract these items out to other contractors and just serve as the middleman while employees from another company are coming to your house. Dee Bee employs all their workers directly, so they have a specialized team for each step of the project. Their framers only do framing, and they are experts at what they do. The same goes for their plumbers, electricians, etc. Everyone is an expert in their field, and they are employed directly through Dee Bee. It's the best of both worlds. All of Dee Bee's employees are extremely courteous and professional, and they go out of their way to provide great customer service. The first day Mike showed up, he realized I didn't have some of the bathroom fixtures I needed, so he went to Lowes with me to pick them out and bring them back in his truck. When I couldn't fit a countertop into my van, Chris sent someone to Lowes to pick it up for us. I think that with any large scale construction project, there are going to be a few glitches along the way. On day one we realized that our bulkhead may interfere with a door, we also decided we wanted to redesign the bathroom, and the biggest problem of all was that the main power line to our house needed to be re-routed around our egress window. I think this is when you see the true colors of your contractor. Dee Bee used this as an opportunity to show how they really excel at customer service. The sentiment was always, how can we fix this to make you happy, and nothing was ever used as an opportunity to charge us additional fees. They redesigned the bathroom to add an entry door and a closet (no additional charge), and the framers were able to work some magic around the bulkhead so I didn't have to move my bedroom door. We had to put the project on hold for a month while we worked with Dominion to re-route our power lines. Chris was great about putting our project on hold for that, and then he had his workers back in our basement two days after I told him that dominion had completed their work. I highly recommend Dee Bee. They are a great company to work with, and the quality of their work is exceptional! We are very happy with our new basement!

I had my original 1994 oak cabinets and builder-grade floor/countertops/sink replaced with quartz counters and porcelain tile floor and the cabinets were refaced with new color and doors. We read the reviews on Angie's List and decided to use their services. The owner met with us and he surveyed our hardwood floors, took measurements and gave us the bottom line cost of the job. We were getting our hardwood floors stripped, stained and refinished and it took three days. Also, the owner was very responsive and returned phone calls in a timely manner. We were definitely impressed with the final product. We definitely will keep Two by Four Construction in mind if we have future home improvements. I strongly recommend this company to anyone who desires to get the hardwood floors refinished.

"If you're looking for the cheapest option, Lux isn't for you. You're paying for quality, workmanship, speed, and professionalism. I hired Lux to renovate an unfinished basement space (one main room, one large storage / utilities area, and a laundry space. They gave me a time estimate to start, and actually were able to come in early. The folks who did the job were polite, amazing at their work, and I think my dogs fell in love with them. They were finished MUCH faster than I expected. They handled all the inspections, electrical, carpeting...it was so easy for me. I can't recommend Lux (and Tim!) enough."
