Laziz and his team (Josh and Tom) did a fantastic job making sure everything was taken into consideration when installing the new shower, They were prompt, the quality of the work excellent and they did a great job cleaning up (one of my pet peeves since many workers do not). "Had initially contacted them about testing and was pleased when they said that since they provided abatement, they didn't do testing. Their estimate was within the range of what the state asbestos program staffer had guestimated, and about 30% less than another Angie's A-lister we consulted. They offered us a reduction in the water/power charge since we lived close to their facility. Marcus communicated well and scheduled the work as early as possible since we had a time issue.
