We had seen that in the past with several projects that he had done for us. Because we have so much confidence in him, we asked him to completely remodel our kitchen. When we requested a few additions to the project, Dan said “We can work with that”. When the countertop measurer pushed his own schedule, Dan said “We are going to make that happen”.
