"Workmanship, timeliness and cleanliness were above average. I have no complaints about anything that was done. I only have one issue which was with communication. Two major aspects of the job were changed without my consent therefore I did not have input into changes I would have made as it was too late when I noticed these changes. They were understandable as they would do to zoning and or building code. But I would’ve had them done completely different. Had I had a choice. This was totally unintentional. I chalk it up to a learning experience on both ends. Other than that everything was exceptional."

"Prompt response… very professional! I have been without a sink for two weeks, called a few companies and no follow up.. Tejadas was able to fit me in right away.. they were at my home on time and did a great job cutting my granite countertop and positioned my sink to get installed by the plumber… I would definitely hire them again for any future jobs"

"Rattigan & Sons are amazing! At least 11 out of 5 stars! The quality of their work is exceptional and they use the highest quality building materials! Everyone with Rattigan & Sons are top of the line experts! I can’t easily describe how happy I am that Rattigan & Sons remodeled my kichen and how much I love everything about my new kitchen and how perfect it turned out! Sean Rattigan is incredible! He’s so smart and expert at every aspect of construction and he’s amazing to work with! He’s super thoughtful, down to earth, nice, funny guy and he will straight talk and tell you how it is. He’s fantastic to communicate with and he’s a true dog lover! I have 3 pups and they love Sean! The craftsmanship and experience of Rattigan & Sons is excellent beyond anything I ever could have imagined! The cabinets and countertops are the absolutely highest quality! "I didn’t just get 1 person, I got 3 working on my projects since he came with his 2 brothers which made the project go much faster. I had an idea about what I wanted but he helped design the deck and added beautiful details to make it look better then I had imagined! They worked straight through the heatwave we unfortunately were hit with right on the dates my deck construction was scheduled for, and though I would have understood if they had said they needed to push back the project until the heat wave broke, they just came earlier in the morning each day to be able to still complete the work within the time I had been told! Very impressive. They also stayed true to the price they originally quoted me even though once getting into to project realized that it was going to take a lot more work since the parts of the old deck which they thought could be reused actually needed to be completely redone from scratch… which they said was not my fault so they were not going to change the jobs cost after it had been agreed to, which I thought was very honorable and refreshing. I am very pleased with the final results and absolutely am happy to suggest them for any deck work you might need. They also cleaned up after themselves and were very attentive to the details I wanted them to match to the original houses look. My home was built in 1880 and I wanted it not to look like a random addition but part of the original plan. They did a great job!"
