"It went great. The toilet ended up needing to be replaced as well. Kevin and Anne worked with the plumber to ensure that the toilet we wanted was able to be installed quickly. Kevin did a quality check twice after the repair was complete. He noticed that the floor wasn't quite right. It was fixed the next day. Anne was extremely helpful, thorough and explained every step of the process. They were able to work us in so that we had everything completed by Thanksgiving. It was a great experience. I wouldn't trust anyone else with our house."

"Express Sunrooms of Charlotte was hired to repair a large (12â X 52â ) 35 year old deck. In addition to the deck repair, they were asked to install a large awning (12â X 24â ) and to replace 3 glass sliding doors and 2 windows. Before the work began, on-line reviews of the work were evaluated which showed a high satisfaction rating. The quote provided by Express Sunrooms was also checked against typical charges and found to be quite fair. Throughout the project and at every stage of the project, the management dealt with us honestly as if we were family. The customer service was top tier. Since no construction project has zero flaws, it is always interesting to see how the contractor responds to them. We found that Express Sunrooms went above and beyond our expectations.
