A tip for future clients: make sure you have all the necessary materials on hand. We did, and the team completed the bathroom ahead of schedule. The space is narrow, so the photo angles don’t do it justice, but I hope they still give a sense of the high-quality work delivered."

Robert Ochoa even threw in some not-so-minor roof repairs for $200 while he was here. Great service, great quality, great clean up, very close to the lowest estimate. The quality and timing were worth the extra $100 or so over the lowest price bidder who couldn't schedule us as quickly.

This company rocks - they came out very quickly to provide an estimate in April 2011 and again in December 2013 (at Christmas). Wind blew down the north side of our shared privacy fence (2011) and blew down our tree on to the south side fence at Christmas (2013). Scheduled us immediately both times, provided a sturdier three horizontal support fence, neighbor friendly, including an entry gate. Knocked each job out in one day.

"Michael contacted us back withing 24 hours and we schedule a time to meet the following Saturday. Michael confirmed our meeting both two days prior and the morning of our scheduled meeting time. We really appreciated this as two other contractors prior to Michael just never showed. We walked the grounds and discussed what we wanted done afterwhich Michael sent us a written itemized scope & cost for our work. We accepted his proposal and schedule a start day and time. Michael & his assistant arrived as scheduled and 90% of the work was completed on day one. Michale then returned the following day to apply the wood sealer. The condition of the deck was not to his liking so he pressure washed it a second time prior to applying the sealer. Both my wife and I would recommend Michael and I'm sure we'll be needing his services again in the future."
