In addition, Lucas installed two railings for my back deck. Lucas and Tiago are both finish carpenters and they do excellent work at a very reasonable price. I can't remember names, but the project manager was great on final walk through he sanded the railing to take care of splinters set nails deeper and replaced a rotted board on the overhang that opened during construction.
