"Sanfer and subs did a great job on our house addition. Added a basement in law apt. Dug out and dug down. Family room, office above. Left a previous review but forgot to include electrical in the services. Thought Sanfer and subs did a nice job helping with decision making and installation. He had thoughtful suggestions that were experienced based. Appreciated that. Very pleased with outcome."

"Awesome Service! I hired recently to install two garage door openers. I am pleased with his service. I described him as a professional, punctual and knowledgeable. He knows what he is doing. He visited prior to start the project and described what will be needed to complete the project and show up exactly on time (sharp) and completed the job very neatly and professionally. The best part and extra mile he gave in the whole project was follow up after the job is complete which mostly no one does after receiving the payment. Thank you so much for the job."

"As noted, we've used Scott's team for several projects and each one has come out great. He and his team are talented professionals who do beautiful work. Scott's pricing and accounting are open and honest, and he is very responsive if there is ever a question or concern. We love working with these guys and will continue to use them for our project in the future."

"Three terms you don't hear when speaking about contractors : Honesty, timely and effecient and pride of Workmanship. If you use Liam Neary Construction you will be using these terms and smiling as you tell others about your amazing experience. I had a leak in my roof with water coming in through the chimney. The water came into the utilitiy room creating a mini swimming pool and the hot water tank shut down. Liam came out within an hour of my phone call got my water running showed me how to clean the sensor for the future and reset the hot water tank. He scheduled to come out later that day to replace flashing on the roof to hopefully fix the problem. Unfortunately for me, it was not the full resolution. In the next rainstorm, I got water in the chimney again and reached out to Liam. This time it was a saturday and was thinking I might see him at the start of the work week or need to pay crazy money just to get him to show up. This was not my experience he showed up in 2 hours reviewed what he had done and come up with a new solution. He determined that the chimney needed some additional work and adjusted the price because of the original work that he had done correctly, but did not solve the problem completely. This contractor is the real deal. If you have a problem give him a call today. He will make your life easier and resolve your problems quickly. For the job done right call Liam Neary."

"Excellent! Joe at Silmac Construction was God sent. I am a Realtor who have lots of connections to contractors and other service professionals. Despite this, I could not find anyone able to take care of a shed roof and a leaning fence within a reasonable time frame (not having to wait for several months), in order to get a house in Everett to come on the market. I resorted to an internet search and called tons of people, most who would not even call back. Joe said he’d work on it, and that he did! Within a week, Joe had gotten us someone available on short notice, and the work was completely done - very well - within a few days of that. The sellers are relieved to have the work done, and I am elated that we can now move forward. Thank you Joe and Silmac Construction!"

"We needed a skylight installed in our bathroom, and MMP did an excellent job--we are very happy with it! The team was friendly and worked quickly and efficiently to get it done before it got dark, and the quality of their work was excellent. "Crystal Construction performed various services including remodeling and rehab work, moving and upgrading of house systems. They were extremely efficient, provided timely estimates and were on top of everything they were tasked to do. very professional and responsive, I have hired them on many occasions and shall continue to do so. I highly recommend them for all home improvement projects, I particularly have extremely sensitive items such as a grand piano which they protected the entire time they were providing the work.
