He self performs the carpentry/ finishing work, tile installation, relocation of electrical and installation of towel racks/accessories. He schedules other trades ( plumber & electrician ) along with coordination and work scope definition. He does not charge martial or labor markup for this coordination. I was pleased with quality of work and schedule for completion."

"I hired Morris Daniels to replace decking boards and I posted a 5 star plus review. When Mr. Daniels finished my deck on a Sunday he told me he had already scheduled a job for Monday and would get to my railings. Sunday night I get a call from Mr. Daniels telling me my deck railing are up. I was shocked to find my deck railing up. We had also discussed remolding my guest bathroom and raising my storage shed so when it rains the water runs underneath it. This morning I order the bathroom stuff Mr. Daniels is going to replace, only to find out he came over while I was at work raised my storage shed and started to get the bathroom ready for the new tub and other repairs. Morris Daniels is a get it done contractor. If your in the process of planning a remodel a repair I would call Morris Daniels General contractor. I have had my share of not showing up poor workmanship contractors since I started my remodel. If I had only known about Morris Daniels prior he would have been the only phone call I would have had to make. My remodel is ending on a positive note only because of Morris Daniels, before I start any new projects I will check with Morris Daniels and work around his schedule because I know what I will get 100% satisfaction at a fair price."
