I called Roger and he was quick to respond, he showed up exactly when he said he would and looked the problem over. The issues this place was having with the plumbing and drywall work required a professional to fix the problem. He repaired all damages in a very short period of time to brand new condition, I was impressed by not only the turnaround time but the outstanding quality of the repairs. We had no idea who to hire for our project, after reviewing online reviews of Villa Construction we proceeded to call them John the owner was very responsive. John provided a very competitive price relative to what we had received at other companies along with a starting date. When the starting dat arrived, John's crew were here promptly at 8:00AM to start the job and arrived right on time EVERY DAY. His team was knowledgeable and professional, and at the end of each day totally cleaned up the area. The project took 3 weeks which was what John quoted at the beginning. Unfortunately, we had a roof installed a few years ago by a company who cut corners, and STMZ came to repair two separate leaks in the “new” roof. He documented every step of the process with photos, and explained what he was doing. (Most contractors, in my experience, do not take the time to explain the process to you!) I highly recommend his services, and if we ever need to replace the roof, STMZ will be the company we will call."
