"Carlos was great. He had the three P’s I like to find in someone who comes to work on my home. He was PROMPT, calling me early in the time frame I was scheduled, then arrived when he said he would. He was PERSONABLE, which made me feel comfortable to have him in my home. And he was PROFESSIONAL, doing the work quickly and efficiently. It’s only been a few days since he installed the grab bars so I can’t tell if they will last forever but they definitely feel rock solid. I got them to make getting in and out of the bathtub safer and I feel certain they will accomplish that goal. I don’t have any similar work to do in my home but if I did I wouldn’t hesitate to call Home Safety Services again. P.S. He did not build or repair a disability ramp but Angi doesn’t allow me to choose the work that was actually done or write in the correct description myself."
