"I really have no way of evaluating the quality of the work that was done in the attic but presume that all work was done properly and well.  I have two complaints, neither of which necessarily relates to the quality of the work.  One is that, about three and one-half hours in, they noted that they had forgotten something and had to leave to get it.  That took an hour (coincidently right around lunch hour).  Since I had no way of knowing when they would be back, I could do nothing but wait for them.  This was not a good use of my time.  The other complaint may seem petty, but does deal with manners and appropriate behavior.  Certainly, at any time that a work person in my home asks to use the restroom, I do not hesitate to give them permission and direct them to the guest bathroom. However, in this case, there was clear evidence that at least one of the men, without asking, had used the master (not guest) bathroom.  I find this inappropriate. 
Re the question on whether or not I would use this service in the future, I do not know the answer to that question.  I said "yes", because I have no desire to penalize Alpha Environmental.  My decision, however, would depend on having a clear understanding with the company about the persons sent out to do the work.

"Overall, the service was a little higher than quoted. I expected 3 guys to get more painted in 2.5 hours than they did. I also would have expected that the charges were more clear during the process. The guys were polite and seemed to know what they were doing and were very careful to cover up the floors. But, the service should have cost no more than $300 with the amount of work that was complete. 
Overall, they did decent work, besides a few spots on my ceiling and adjoining walls, they did do pretty well with the overall work.

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."
