Aaron came very quickly when I called, stopped water coming in, opened the wall, turned back carpet and removed underlay as necessary, and quickly set up equipment to dry out the area, visiting regularly until all was dry. Excellent follow-up: Aaron went above and beyond in helping me understand the many relevant sections of our homeowners policy, and was very helpful, courteous and pleasant throughout. I hope we never have another leak, but if we do, I know who to call!"
