"My husband and I contacted Restoration1 of Tysons when our new home flooded back in early September. I called in a panic unsure what to do, and ended up speaking to Brian Vent, the owner of the Tysons location. He immediately put me at ease with his personable and friendly tone, his calm professionalism, and quick responsiveness. He promised to come by our house personally that evening, and then showed up when he said he would. That initial introduction set the tone for all our interactions with him and his staff, Kyle and Jason, as we progressed through the remediation process. They were at our house every day to check on the drying process and answer our questions. Brian was great about walking us through our dealings with our home insurance company, not to mention was a useful resource of knowledge throughout. Despite being the company owner and very busy with floods all over the area, Brian never made us feel rushed and the quality and attention he paid to our home assured us we were in the right hands - so much so that at least two of our immediate neighbors contracted remediation services with him, based on our recommendation. Restoration1 ended up finding asbestos when they pulled up our damaged carpet, but they put us in touch with a great asbestos abatement company who will be here to finish the job shortly. In conclusion, we would whole-heartedly recommend Brian and Restoration1 of both Tysons and Loudoun, as he owns both, for your remediation needs. "HLC, in conjunction with PuroClean, did a terrific job in mold remediation and the rebuild. The timing wasn't the best, given that the work was beginning just as COVID-19 began keeping us all in our homes and social distancing. Christian, Vince, and their team worked hard to get everything done as quickly as possible (in case construction suddenly changed to "non-essential), while making sure that the quality of their work was up to their standards. While in my home, the workers all kept their distance from me and ensured a safe environment. I also appreciate Christian's diligent work with my insurance company to ensure that I get everything I'm entitled to from them."
