They went out of their way to ensure we weren't inconveniences in any way.  When finished, they powerwashed the brick 2 separate days, and even mowed the lawn underneath where their scaffolding had been built.  They left no trash, no unfinished work, and a wonderful new wall.

This was a big deal purchase. We probably did not need the service, so it was not a good value. To my knowledge they did the service correctly. Our ducts were not dirty. My wife thought they were worse than they were.
