"I hired Tri State Flood to help us with our water damage emergency, crews came fast, the office followed up with me to make sure we were all set. Very professional, reasonably priced. I would highly recommend Tri State Flood!"

"While on Angi, I researched this company. Great ratings with BBB, licensed and insured. I can't say enough how overly pleased I am with this company. They met me at my house on time. The two gentlemen were professional and had years of experience in the trade. Initially I was only getting a quote to replace a rotten deck support post. I was impressed with them that I added "adjusting 3 wooden picket gates" and cutting limbs from a tall tree. I was so lucky to find a contractor that did what they said they were going to do, in the time they said it would take and the 3 projects were completed 100% to my satisfaction. This company gives 100% customer service. When they finished, they left the yard immaculate..not one piece of trash. I already have a spring project lined up. BMF Contracting is now my go to Contractor."

"Proprietor Sonny was easy to work with, honest, and very responsive with phone calls and estimate. Would definitely hire him again and highly recommend him to anyone requiring his services."

"Excellent service.  Chuck Hipp kept us fully informed of everything that was happening and consulted with us on all details to ensure the work would be to our satisfaction.
He and his crew were extremely courteous, hard-working, yet seemed to enjoy each other and have a lot of fun while they were working.  It was very pleasant having them work at our home. They went out of their way to ensure we weren't inconveniences in any way.  When finished, they powerwashed the brick 2 separate days, and even mowed the lawn underneath where their scaffolding had been built.  They left no trash, no unfinished work, and a wonderful new wall.

"Our recliner couldn't be restored. But the tech was very polite and helpful."

"The service was good. We just paid the $59 Big Deal. They were great and professional. The price was fine."

"Very well. Came in on time Friday morning, noting that a blizzard was in the forecast for Saturday, they decided to stay all day Friday to complete the service. Flooring looks great."

"Great experience, clean workers and great attitudes. Definitely will be using them again for other projects in the future"

"I paid for the recovery of the Freon, everything else was covered under the warranty. I know what it would have cost if it wasn't covered. I would tell anybody if you have an house, you need to have them. They have been very good to deal with. They were very polite, and very professional. It took about three hours to complete. It was completely cleaned."

"911 Restoration was probably the best company I have done business with in the last several years.  They were here within hours of the request.  We were going to have the entire crawl space insulation replaced.  The owner, Hank Miller suggested to leave a section unchanged which saved us almost $400.  Not too many people would do that. We gave them a key to come and  go as needed an, they even asked if I wanted them to turn on the alarm.  They left my house cleaner than when they started, and pickup the trash that was already in yard before they arrived. A+ service and A+ pricing.  Highly recommend.  Thank you very much 911 Restoration."
