"This was a three-day project to perform basement mold remediation and air duct cleaning. After the initial meeting, I had to rattle their cage a bit to get a bid and to get the project scheduled. The office told me the representative I had met with had gone on vacation. Once the project began, the crew that did the work was hard-working and professional. Overall, they did a good job. There were some surfaces that I think should have wiped down or wire brushed that weren't. I found one small hole in an air duct that wasn't sealed after the air duct cleaning. It would be ideal to have a follow-up by the company after the work is done to assure client satisfaction. These were the only issues that prevented me from giving a straight A rating across the board. However, I think their price was fair and would not hesitate to use this company's services again."

We were recommended to All Dry through our plumber & they showed up so promptly to help when I accidentally flooded the sink in our bathroom that went through the ceiling. They even helped me chase my puppy that got loose & was zooming around the neighborhood. All around great people to work with as well as being highly professional. They equipment they had helped with documenting the damage, temperature, and where the water had spread. They kept images and thermal images to show the progress day by day. They returned each subsequent day to re-evaluate. They even got us up and going DAYS before our home refinance appraisal so that it could be done without a hitch!! They were honest with us and didn’t want to seal up water in the ceiling just for the sake of the appraisal and discussed the health implications of doing so. JD and his crew were fantastic! The estimate was competitive with other bidders and we felt the value of their services was very high. We had extensive wood rot damage around most of the windows in our house. JD and his crew were very detailed and careful as they removed the old windows, repaired the wood rot, and installed the new windows. The locations that were leaking before the window installation are leaking no more. Wood Rot Solutions also repaired rot on the exterior of our house, including trim and siding. Everything was caulked well and it was easy for the painters once they arrive. (Note: painting was not part of Wood Rot Solutions scope.) JD and his crew were very professional. They kept the interior of the house clean and even worked around our child's naptimes. We are VERY happy with our new windows.
