"Anthony and his crew quickly responded to dry out our bathroom to deter mold after a toilet seal leak. They removed the flooring and used fans and humidifiers over 2 days. Moisture reading was below norm after, and we are ready to replace the flooring. VetCor is reasonably priced, respectful, and show up when they say they will. A plus for this company is that they are owned by and employ veterans. We would definitely hire VetCor again and will recommend them to our friends and family. Thank you, Anthony and crew! "Mike has gone above and beyond to help me at no charge. The apartment I was renting from Advenir at Aventine grossly neglected my maintenance issues pertaining to water leaks. The hallway leak and bathroom have been ongoing for several years. The roof leak which occurred of my knowledge in May, June and September produced visible mold. I contacted Mike at Mr. Dry since management has neglected all my request and said it was dirt. Mike conducted mold and air quality tests. Results layman terms Black mold air quality-high levels in Apartment. My health has been affected, had to find new living arrangements. He offered to do project remediation, they denied. He was on time, friendly, knowledgeable, also came back as manager tried to harrass and bully me so maintenance could try and perform repair."
