"Robert was very responsive and reliable. He explained very well with the water flood damage and mitigation/installation process. At the same day. Ros team came to my house to expedite the process of water mitigation and installation of my basement floor. Rob handled the cost estimation very professionally and directly worked with my insurance company to get into the agreement with the final cost estimation. I am totally satisfied with the service from Rapids Flood Team. If any issues with water damage, call Rapids Flood Team. Good jobs, Guys! Kevin & Shu"

"Overall, Economy Restorations seems to be a reputable business, however their customer service is unsatisfactory. After I scheduled (and paid) for my roof repair, a week went by without hearing from them. Once I reached out to them, I received a shortly worded reply that the work had been completed. In my opinion, someone should have contacted me once the work was complete to let me know all had went well."

"They came quickly and took care of things."

"From start to finish, SI Restoration was professional and timely. They were such a gem to work with during a very tough time. Our home suffered water damage from a water leak in the kitchen to the basement. The team sent to my home (same day) was courteous, knowledgeable, and set up the drying equipment. They explained the process to me and answered all of my questions. They came back every day to monitor the moisture levels and made adjustments as necessary. I would highly recommend this company."

"They were late arrving on the first day but once they showed up they did a great job and had to come back again the second day and they were late again but the finished work was very good. They were polite and clean and protected the rest of the furniture very well. There was no mess to clean up after they left. Overall a good experience and would have given them 5 stars if not for the tardiness."
