"The service was good. We just paid the $59 Big Deal. They were great and professional. The price was fine."

"Very well. Came in on time Friday morning, noting that a blizzard was in the forecast for Saturday, they decided to stay all day Friday to complete the service. Flooring looks great."

"They only charge a flat rate for any basic service so if the AC goes out i call them and they charge a flat rate to service it. If it has to be replaced they pay up to a certain amount and if it goes over i pay a prorated fee."

"They were wonderful. The whole project took only a few days, and all the workers were prompt, friendly, and professional. They were very upfront about every step of the process, and worked with us to find a schedule best suited to the needs of our family. I'd recommend them to anyone!"

"

This was a big deal purchase. We probably did not need the service, so it was not a good value. To my knowledge they did the service correctly. Our ducts were not dirty. My wife thought they were worse than they were.
