Joe took all the measurements, photos, work plan, and estimate, to send electronically for our review and signature. It made everything convenient, and they executed the work as promised with daily updates. We really appreciate the long distance coordination. This was a big deal purchase. We probably did not need the service, so it was not a good value. To my knowledge they did the service correctly. Our ducts were not dirty. My wife thought they were worse than they were.
