I wasn't waiting, and they worked (mostly Mark, Chris went to get supplies) without a lunch break until about 2:30 p.m. They installed 3 GFCI outlets, replaced a bathroom fan, installed 2 light fixtures installed an AC smoke alarm, replaced a thermostat for about $ 1300"

"I hired Dependable Electric due to the very accommodating staff, and above all, the great quote for the work done. I had an Electric Vehicle Charging station installed. I purchased my own EV charger for about $640, and I was told the install work, in some areas, could be as much as $1000 to run a 240v dedicated circuit (from the electric panel in my basement to my garage). Not even close! These guys came in under $350 and did a bang up job installing the ev charger right where I wanted it. Works like a charm on the dedicated circuit...and NO MORE PESKY TRIPPED BREAKERS! Quality work!!!"

Lightning Protection, NO ELECTRICAL WORK
"John Sherlock and his wife Corrine called within 1/2 hour of looking for Lightning Rod installers. He was available and was over to talk with us within one hour. He sent all his credentials and licenses and insurance coverages of his business and they came over the next morning and completed the installation extremely fast. He gave a fantastic offer, and lifetime warranty coverage and will even come over and take down system when we replace the roof and place back up at no charge! His wife even saw some plants we had not put in the garden still sitting in containers, and offered and planted them in the spaces we wanted, just to help out. Very friendly, helpful, professional, extremely knowledgeable and even suggested adding Lakeland Electrics Surge Protector protection they provide to go along with the Lightning rods. Yes would have them again on any home anytime."

"A great company that knows that value and service is the way to build a business. Every time I called, the phone was answered by owner Randy Hemrick. He answered every question I had about the generator and the install. I got three estimates, two from well known generator installers and also Hemrick who was listed in HomeAdvisor. Randy's estimate was more than $5000 and $7500 BELOW the two other estimates. The quality of the install was excellent with no surprises or added costs. This guy knows how to build and run a successful business. If you have an electrical project or install, get two or three estimates including Randy's, you will be glad you did."

"I recently shared a review regarding the service that was not positive on 7/30/2020. I am retracting the statement because I received a phone call from Derrick and we spoke. He provided me a resolution to the issue which was to come out a instal my lights. He was very responsive , concerned and professional. I am a satisfied customer and I highly recommend them for your electrical need. Side note: this was my second time hiring this company and I will call them for my next project."

Electricians do a fair amount of larger remodeling and new construction projects but also common residential projects including:

A truly skilled, well-equipped professional with a truck full of parts that charges $100 an hour can be a much wiser choice than an inexperienced hack, working with inadequate tools and no parts, but charging much less. Often, more experienced professionals get the job done quickly with warrantied work.
2. Compare Travel ChargesRates reflect travel times. Travel charges can have a big impact on your costs and are in some ways easier to compare than hourly rates. Many electricians spend a third or more of their time navigating traffic on their way to a jobsite. Every contractor must find a way to pay for the expense of driving each day.
3. Bundle Repair Jobs TogetherWhen you feel it’s time to call a pro, review your list and then conduct a mini-inspection of your home. Look for faulty switches and dysfunctional or crowded outlets. When the electrician comes, you’ll save money and time by getting everything taken care of at once.
